Majdi Al-Qaimari

Majdi Al-Qaimari is the Media Officer at the Youth Development Resource Center, with extensive experience in digital media, content production, and youth program coordination. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Media from Hebron University and has played a key role in empowering youth through initiatives that integrate media with digital innovation.

Majdi has been instrumental in strengthening the center’s media and communication capacities. He co-founded Masader FM community radio, where he oversaw media operations. He also trained youth in photography, video production, and digital editing, in addition to hosting a specialized radio program on technology.

He previously served as a Field Coordinator, leading youth engagement programs, most notably the Digital Content Program. He was later promoted to Project Coordinator of the Positive Youth Engagement Program (PYE), where he supervised activities across eight partner organizations, managed procurement and reporting processes, and oversaw team coordination and intern training. His professional expertise includes proposal writing, budgeting, monitoring & evaluation, as well as training and capacity building.

Majdi is recognized for his advanced skills in photography and media production, along with his ability to design interactive youth initiatives that combine creativity with social impact. His work reflects a strong passion for empowering Palestinian youth, fostering innovation, and building sustainable development programs.
