Hala Nassar

I am an experienced administrative professional with a strong academic background. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Financial and Accounting Sciences from Hebron University and a Master's degree in Accounting and Taxation from Al-Quds University.

In my current role as an Administrative Officer at the Youth Development Resource Center – Palestinian Child Club, I manage various HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and ensuring compliance with labour laws. I also oversee procurement operations—such as sourcing suppliers, managing contracts, while coordinating facility reservations and guest services. 

Throughout my career, I’ve gained valuable experience in project coordination, accounting, financial auditing, and academic teaching through positions at institutions such as the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics, Palestine Polytechnic University, UAWC, and the North Hebron Zakat Committee.

I have a strong interest in strategic sourcing, as it allows me to combine cost-efficiency, supplier evaluation, and sustainability to help organizations operate more effectively and achieve long-term success.
