Beesan Kifah Al-Sharif

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Jordan (2013) and a Master’s degree in Journalism and Media from Hebron (2025). Since 2014, I have been working at the Youth Development Resource Center, gaining over ten years of experience in working with children and youth.

I started my career as a trainee, and throughout the years, I have participated in numerous training programs that have helped shape my journey into becoming a certified life skills trainer and project manager. This professional growth has also deepened my personal vision: I truly believe that the most valuable investment is in the children we work with. The real reward comes when we witness their growth, see the positive transformation in their personalities, and hear the proud testimonials from their families.
